Virgin Islands, which are billed at 7.9 per minute.  The UWC Great Rate Plan at 4.9 per minute may not be available in all areas.  The above analysis excludes normal taxes, fees and surcharges, which may apply for any and all long distance service providers.  Your local telephone company may also impose a nominal fee for changing your long distance provider.
